Please make sure you have the correct ring size before placing an order to avoid any sizing issues. 

If you would like to order a ring but are unsure of your size, we recommend that you have your finger measured by a professional jeweler to ensure a proper fit (this service should be free of charge).

Another accurate way to measure the correct ring size is to use a ring sizer. You can find them on Etsy for around $2-$3.

Please note that ring sizes will vary slightly based on the width of the band. Wider bands tend to fit more snug, and you may need a slightly larger size, while for smaller bands you may need to size down. Also take into consideration if you prefer a tighter or looser fit. Ring sizes fluctuate throughout the day as our hands swell or shrink so it is best to measure around the middle of the day at room temperature for the most accurate, comfortable fit. Additionally, your dominant hand might be slightly larger and your ring sizes will be different on each hand and each finger.

*If you order a wrong size ring, we may be able to exchange or resize it up to 1-2 sizes. There is a resizing fee which varies on the ring design and material. You can also take your ring to a local jeweler to see if they can resize it for you.

We primarily use .925 sterling silver, yellow brass, white brass or bronze. We also cast our pieces in other precious metals such as 14k and 18k gold, platinum, and offer jewelry plating services upon request. All Vvilk jewelry is nickel and lead free.

Every piece is oxidized and carefully polished by hand for an antique finish.

Most of our jewelry is made to order and processing time varies from 2-14 business days. Depending on our inventory, we have various pieces in stock which are ready to ship within 1-3 business days. Please select a shipping method of your choice to allow the item to get to you by the date that you need it.

Processing time for custom orders is usually about 2-4 weeks after consultation and approval. This is a more lengthy and involved process that requires additional communication, research, design and production. Should you have any questions regarding your deadline, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

If your order is time sensitive please contact us directly with your order number for rush processing. 

Please note: Processing time is NOT shipping time. It is the time it takes to make and package an order. 

We have two financing options available for making payments, Afterpay and Paypal Credit. 

Installments by Afterpay is a service that allows you to make purchases now and pay for them in four equal payments made every 2 weeks without any interest.

You may also choose to select PayPal credit, which is a financing option through Paypal. It requires a credit check and they offer special financing for items purchased over $99; no interest if paid in full in 6 months. Orders paid with Afterpay or PayPal Credit will ship according to our normal processing times, once your first installment is made.

If you see an item in our shop and would like to have a similar piece made custom for you, it may be priced higher. Custom designing is a lengthy process that involves additional communication, planning and researching. After initial consultation about your custom piece and pricing, the full balance will be due before we start working on your design. We reserve anywhere from a few days to about a week (depending on the complexity of the design) to create the model. We also keep you updated throughout the design process, so that you can see what changes you'd like to be made and make sure that you are happy with your piece before we send the model for 3d printing and casting. Please be prompt with replies during this stage of the process. Production begins once the 3d model is approved and usually takes about 2-3 weeks. The overall timeframe for a custom project is approximately 2-4 weeks, plus shipping.

Custom Design quotes are valid for 24 hours and are subject to change based on the metal market.

We make custom, sustainable jewelry boxes for every piece. The box is designed and laser cut out of wood, specifically for the size and shape of the piece or set that you purchase. The wooden box holds the piece securely in place, protecting it during shipment so that it arrives to you in perfect condition. 

The size and shape of each piece as well as the kind of wood we have available at a given time determine what your box will look like.

 Please keep in mind that every wooden box is uniquely made and no two are exactly the same!

All Vvilk jewelry is made to last, but with proper care you can protect it from unwanted damage. 

While regular wear and tear is normal and tarnish is prone to form on both silver and brass over time, it can be easily removed with a soft polishing cloth. Sunshine brand polishing cloths are great for removing unwanted oxidization. Be sure to avoid harsh chemicals or detergents as they will remove any patina from the piece. 

We also recommend removing all jewelry prior to applying lotions, oils or perfumes as well as performing any types of physical activity i.e bathing, swimming or exercising that can expose the metals to harsh chemicals or inadvertently cause it to scratch or bend. 

Please remember to keep your jewelry dry, away from direct sunlight and moisture when not worn. Store it in small zip-lock bags to prevent unwanted tarnish or scratches.
